I. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing “XRD Forums” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “XRD Forums”, “https://forum.xrd.sh”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms, please do not access or use XRD Forums. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time; while we will attempt to notify you of major updates, it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

II. SOFTWARE DISCLAIMER Our forums are powered by phpBB, a bulletin board solution released under the “GNU General Public License v2”. phpBB Limited is only responsible for facilitating the software and has no control over the content or conduct enforced by XRD Forums.

III. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY XRD Forums, its staff, and its contributors provide all information and files "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to hardware failure, data loss, legal issues, or system compromises resulting from your use of this site or any files shared here. You use everything at your own risk.

IV. MANDATORY SECURITY PROTOCOLS i. You acknowledge the inherent risks of handling third-party files. ii. Virtualization Requirement: You are expected to execute, analyze, or debug any files or tools shared on this forum within an isolated Virtual Machine (VM). iii. Sandboxing: Failure to use proper sandboxing is your sole responsibility. iv. Malicious Intent: Posting intentionally destructive tools or hidden malicious logic is strictly prohibited.

V. CODE OF CONDUCT i. Quality of Post: Focus on the logic and implementation of projects. Low-effort requests are discouraged. ii. AI Usage: The use of AI (Large Language Models) to generate posts, technical explanations, or mChat messages is strictly prohibited. We value authentic human analysis; accounts found posting AI-generated content will be sanctioned. iii. Civil Discourse: No abusive, obscene, vulgar, or hateful content. Keep discussions professional; personal attacks are not tolerated. iv. Legal Compliance: Do not post material that violates International Law. You are responsible for your own legal compliance.

VI. ACCOUNT AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT i. Absolute Discretion: XRD Forums reserves the right to remove, edit, move, or close any topic and ban any user at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, without prior notice. ii. Data Storage: As a user, you agree to any information you have entered being stored in our database. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details regarding your data.

I. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION This policy explains in detail how “XRD Forums” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “XRD Forums”, “https://forum.xrd.sh”) and phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”) use any information collected during your usage sessions. II. ACCOUNT DETAILS i. Minimum Requirements: Your account requires a uniquely identifiable name, a personal password, and a valid email address. ii. Optional Data: Any additional information requested during registration is at our discretion, and you generally have the option to choose what information is displayed publicly. iii. Email Preferences: Within your account settings, you may opt-in or opt-out of automatically generated emails from the board software.

III. LIVE CHAT (MCHAT) i. Data Logging: When using the mChat extension, your messages are stored in our database to facilitate the live conversation history. ii. Visibility: Messages sent in public chat rooms are visible to other users. We reserve the right to log and archive these messages for moderation purposes.

IV. SECURITY AND PASSWORDS i. Encryption: Your password is secured via a one-way hash. ii. Responsibility: You are responsible for guarding your password. No one affiliated with XRD Forums or phpBB will ever legitimately ask you for it. iii. Recovery: If you lose your password, you may use the recovery feature which requires your username and email to generate a reset link.

V. DATA PROTECTION i. Storage: Your information is stored in a secure database and is protected by data-protection laws applicable in the country hosting our servers. ii. Third Parties: We do not disclose your personal information to third parties under any circumstance, unless mandated by a warrant. We are not responsible for data compromised via external hacking attempts.
